Congruent with our long term mission of continuing improvement and business growth, we have upgraded our ISO9001 certified quality management system to the new 2015 standard. The third-party audit was performed by ASR (American Systems Registrar, LLC) and concluded with no findings. This ISO9001:2015 certification (link to certificate) brings new prescribed elements into our management system including but not limited to: more emphasis on risk-based thinking, a change in the focus of our processes and the importance of commitment of top-level management.
