Circular Flat Vacuum Preloaded Air Bearings LRAVP300 / 615-15220
The 3 inch diameter LRAVP300 air bearing allows translational or rotational motion in a plane while providing a vacuum preload force of about 24 pounds. The LRAV series air bearings allow for fewer bearing components when combined in an assembly to constrain motion to various degrees. With a nominal air gap of 5 microns, the LRAV series exhibit zero wear and no friction of the mating surfaces.
