This flat circular air bearing supports frictionless planar (rotational or translational) motion. Weighing in at only 15 grams, the small, 1 inch diameter of this bearing allows the opposing mating surface to have a larger flatness tolerance. Best designed for the lightest of loads, it also has the smallest air consumption.
